The main problem in analysing research is how to know and understanding the distribution, scale and data type from variable to be analysed. The problems is the factors of which relates with occurence of neonatal death with the variable antenatal care of service (ANC) an status of nutritional death with the mother when pregnancy. The aims of this researches is to applying one of test non parametrik statistics through the problems of public health that is relates with occurence of the death of Neonatal (Infant mortalities). The output and statistical result from applying the index is obtained that association and relationship by the variables study in middle categorically (0,46 and 0,44) from test independent variable and the occurence of death neonatal as dependent variable. Applicating the coefficient at some of variable which also represent the variable of occurence of death neonatal in the other studies sugessted. Also, it's important to increase socialization (is) safer pregnancy to teenagers and the mother have productive in reproductivity ages.
